Protein loaf with a bit of keto to it 😂 A high protein meal is a win but adding the fullness of fats to it … genius ✨ Going back to a classic since I need to restart and make the scale number my new friend. This is great for meal prepping and an alternative breakfast option. Give this simple recipe a try.

🔸8eggs
🔸8oz cream cheese
🔸2T melted butter
🔸4tbsp of coconut flour 🥥 &2T almond flour 🔸2T monk fruit (or erythritol)
🔸1/2tsp baking powder
🔸1tsp cinnamon 🔸Dash of nutmeg .

I started this page with the hopes of inspiring those who struggle with their weight, and food choices but I se that it’s grown to be bigger than just those few things. Those are still at the core but it’s grown to be about building self awareness, building relationships, building self esteem and so much more. I too have my days where my confidence is damn near non existent but I’m choosing to not let it run my life the way it had for the past few years.
